I need a person for mainly Rust Repair and Small paint fixes. Very easy to work with on hours and days. This is a part time as needed position. Experience is required I can't be there all the time to teach people stuff because I have to have surgery done and I'm not sure how long it's going to take me out of the game. I'm also on the ropes about possibly expanding into a bigger shop or opening a second shop and I'm looking for a reliable Tech for start to finish work. I'd rather pay people per job but I'm really reasonable the more stuff we get done in the week obviously the more money you're going to
